K & L was establiblished in 1987 by Margaret Kinsella Lynch. Margaret set out to produce cakes and desserts in the tradition of her home place near Enniscorthy Co. Wexford.Farm fresh eggs, cream, fruit and wheat was the ingredients for her mother’s cakes and breads hot from the Aga in Margaret’s home when she was growing up.

Margaret carries on this tradition much to the appreciation and satisfaction of her customers in Dublin, Louth and Meath. Margaret operates her business from Ashbourne and has done so since 2002 having previously done so from Swords.
